东洞庭湖表层沉积物重金属赋存形态及风险评价 被引量:4

Speciation and Ecological Risk Assessment of Heavy Mentals in Surface Sediment of East Dongting Lake

摘要 为深入了解东洞庭湖重金属污染现状,以东洞庭湖表层沉积物为研究对象,采用BCR连续提取法和ICP-MS测定法分析沉积物重金属含量、赋存形态特征,运用潜在生态风险指数和次生相与原生相比值进行评价。结果表明1)Cd、Pb、Cr含量超过湖南潮土其背景值。Cr变异系数>50%,空间分布差异大。2)Cu、Pb、Zn和Cr以残渣态为主,Cd以弱酸可提取态为主,有效态占比较高,毒性较大,其他元素稳定性较强,毒性较低,对湖区环境影响较小。3)潜在生态风险指数排序为Cd>Pb>Zn>Cr>Cu,Cd表现为严重污染,生态风险较高。研究区内RI均值为590,属于强生态风险,Cd为主要贡献因子。RSP值大小顺序为Cd>Pb>Zn>Cu>Cr,Cd RSP值最高,表现为重度污染,Cu和Zn表现为轻度污染,Zn和Cr表现为无污染。 In order to realize the status of heavy metals pollution in East Dongting Lake,taking the surface sediment as the research object,the heavy metals content and occurrence in the sediment were analyzed by the sequential extraction procedure proposed by the Community Bureau of Reference(BCR)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).The pollution and ecological risk of the heavy metals were evaluated by the potential ecological risk index and the secondary phase to primary based on the analysis.The results showed that,1)the contents of Cd,Pb and Cr exceeded the background value of the Hunan tidal soil.The coefficient of variation for Cr exceeded 50%,and the spatial distribution was significantly different.2)Cu,Pb,Zn and Cr were dominated by residual fraction,while Cd was mainly distributed in acid soluble fraction with highly effective content and highly toxicity.Others had little impact on the environment of the lake district with strong stability and low toxicity.3)The index of potential ecological risk was ranked as Cd>Pb>Zn>Cr>Cu,and Cd showed serious pollution and high ecological risk.The RI mean value in the study area was 590,which was a strong ecological risk.And Cd was the main contributing factor.The order of RSP value was:Cd>Pb>Zn>Cu>Cr;the RSP value of Cd was the highest,which showed heavy pollution,Cu and Zn showed light pollution,Zn and Cr showed no pollution.
