摘要
离心式压缩机在化工领域中的应用十分广泛,如果离心式压缩机在日常运行中出现故障问题,会极大降低设备运行的安全性。其中,离心式压缩机振动故障问题最为常见,直接影响压缩机运行平稳性、安全性。基于此,首先提出离心式压缩机振动故障产生原因,进而分析压缩机振动故障的处理方法。
Centrifugal compressor is widely used in chemical industry.If the centrifugal compressor fails in daily operation,the safety of the equipment will be greatly reduced.Among them,the vibration fault of centrifugal compressor is the most common,which directly affects the stability and safety of the compressor.Based on this,this paper first puts forward the causes of vibration fault of centrifugal compressor,and then analyzes the treatment method of vibration fault of compressor.
