摘要
目的分析中医护理干预在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年7月我院收治的98例T2DM患者,依据奇偶数分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医护理干预,比较两组的应用效果。结果护理后,观察组的空腹血糖(Glu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗、生理功能、心理/精神、社会关系生存质量高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁等心理状态评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在T2DM患者中采用中医护理干预,可降低患者的血糖水平,提高其生存质量,改善心理状态,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 98 patients with T2DM treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the even-odd method,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing,the observation group was given TCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the blood glucose indexes in observation group such as fasting blood glucose(Glu),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life such as treatment,physiological function,psychological/spiritual and social relationships was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TCM nursing intervention in patients with T2DM can reduce patients′blood glucose levels,improve their quality of life,and improve their psychological status.The clinical application value is higher.
