摘要
目的探讨自制U型冰沙袋在头颈外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年7月~2019年12月行头颈外科手术患者50例,采用随机数字表法分成两组各25例,对照组在术后使用盐袋固定于手术部位,实验组在术后使用自制U型冰沙袋固定于手术部位。对患者的吞咽困难程度、局部组织肿胀情况、疼痛程度情况、满意度情况,盐袋与自制U型冰沙袋的稳定性、贴合性、舒适度及可调节性进行对比。结果实验组的吞咽困难程度、疼痛程度与局部组织肿胀轻于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的稳定性、贴合性、舒适度及可调节性比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制U型冰沙袋在头颈外科手术患者中的应用具有良好效果,不仅能够减轻吞咽困难程度、疼痛程度及局部组织肿胀,同时还能够提升自制U型冰沙袋的稳定性、贴合性、舒适度、可调节性及患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made U-shaped ice sandbag in patients with head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing head and neck surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group used a salt bag to fix the operation site after the operation,and the experimental group used a self-made U-shaped ice sand bag to fix the operation site after the operation.The degree of dysphagia,local tissue swelling,pain,satisfaction,the stability,fitness,comfort and adjustability of salt bag and self-made U-shaped ice sandbag were observed.Results The degree of dysphagia,pain and local tissue swelling in the experimental group was lighter than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group with statistical significances(P<0.05).The ratios of the experimental group with stability,fit,comfort and adjustability were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made U-shaped ice sandbag in patients with head and neck surgery obtains a good effect.It can not only reduce the difficulty in swallowing,pain and local tissue swelling,but also improve the stability,fitness,comfort,adjustability and patient′s satisfaction.
