港口烟花爆竹集装箱堆场规划与设计相关问题探讨

摘要 针对烟花爆竹集装箱堆场在选址规划中面临安全距离选择无参考依据,设计中的限时限量堆存计算无参考方法的问题,提出具有可操作性的技术路线,并针对技术路线中需要不断迭代调用事故后果和风险评估模型,采用试验数据修正理论模型的方法,提高建模效率和计算可靠性,并通过实例验证。结果表明,该技术路线和研究方法合理可行,可以快速获得烟花爆竹集装箱堆场的规划选址和设计堆存方案。 In view of the problem that there is no reference basis for the selection of safe distance in the site selection planning and no reference method for the calculation of limited time and limited storage in the design of fireworks container yard,we propose an operable technical route,apply a method to modify the theoretical model with experimental data due to the problem that the accident consequence and risk assessment model need to be used repeatedly in the technical route,improve modeling efficiency and calculation reliability,and verify the model by examples. The results show that the technical route and research method are reasonable and feasible,which can quickly obtain the planning,site selection and design stacking scheme of fireworks container yard.
