摘要
劳动是财富的源泉,也是幸福的源泉,劳动是促进人的全面发展的有效途径。在中国特色社会主义新时代,学生劳动教育倍受重视,高职院校更要把劳动教育纳入到立德树人的体系中,在培养社会主义建设者和合格接班人的过程中体现劳动教育的意义,通过整合开展劳动教育的意义和实施对策,真正发挥劳动教育在新时代人才培养过程中的重要作用。
Labor is the source of wealth,the source of happiness,and an effective way to promote the all-round development of people.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,labour education of students attracts more attention.Higher vocational colleges should introduce labour education into morality education,and reflect the significance of labour education in the process of cultivating socialist builders and qualified successors.Through integrating the significance of developing labor education and implementing countermeasures,labour education will truly play an important role in the process of talent training in the new era.
