摘要
往复压缩机气缸活塞设计时既要考虑重量最小化以降低惯性力及提高机械效率,又要考虑结构强度最大化以承受运行载荷,因此其优化设计显得尤为重要。使用ANSYS有限元分析程序,分别对2种铝活塞结构的应力和变形进行了有限元分析计算。通过对比分析说明其结构优劣,以及优化和改进的方向,为固化活塞典型结构设计提供参考依据。
The design of reciprocating compressor cylinder piston must consider weight minimization to reduce initial forces and improve mechanical efficiency, as well as structural strength maximization to withstand working loads. Therefore, piston optimal design is particularly important. In this paper, the stress and deformation of two types of aluminum pistonswere were calculated by ANSYS finite element program. The advantages and disadvantages of the design were demonstrated by the analysis, which indicated how to improve the design and provided a reference for the typical structural design of pistons.
