摘要
介绍了欧洲标准EN 10247-2017,并对比欧标里面各种方法的适用范围,明确不同情况适合采用的评定方法。EN 10247-2017标准与传统国标之间的最大差别在于其规定有严格的数量分析方法,欧标不再以简单的级别进行评定,而是以精准的尺寸对夹杂物进行描述。所以该标准既适用于显微镜观察也适用于计算机自动分析,而目前国内熟悉使用该标准的钢铁企业较少。
The European standard,EN 10247-2017,was introduced.The scope of application of various methods in the European standard was compared.The evaluation methods for different situations were determined.The biggest difference between EN 10247-2017 and the traditional national standards was that it specified a strict quantitative analysis method.The European standard was no longer for evaluation at a simple level,but for the description of inclusions using a precise dimension.Therefore,this standard was not only applicable for microscope observation but also applicable for computer automatic analysis.At present,however,only a few iron and steel enterprises are familiar with the standard in China.
