摘要
主要研究将不同钕砷原子比封入H08钢缸体内,在1223 K下保温30 h后,通过采用XRD、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段,研究钕和低熔点砷不同原子比对钕铁砷三元系高温相互作用的影响。结果表明,二元化合物NdAs、Fe2As和Fe17Nd2是钕-铁-砷相互作用的主要产物,可能有NdFeAs化合物的存在。二元化合物的相对含量在钕砷原子比为1∶2.5和1∶3.0时变化不大,但是增加到1∶3.5时,化合物的相对含量骤减。
The high temperature interaction of neodymium,iron and arsenic ternary system in H08 cylinder block at 1223 K was studied by X-ray diffraction,optical microscopy and backscattered electron imaging analyzer.It was shown that binary compounds NdAs,Fe2As and Fe17Nd2 were the main products of neodymium-iron-arsenic interaction,and there may be the presence of NdFeAs compounds.The relative content of the binary compounds did not change much when the atomic ratio of arsenic to arsenic was 1∶2.5 and 1∶3.0,but when the ratio was increased to 1∶3.5,the relative content of the compounds decreased sharply.
