摘要
为研究高压直流入地电流对天然气管道的腐蚀机理,提出降低入地电流对天然气管道腐蚀的措施,对接地极附近电场分布情况进行研究,分析电流在均匀土壤以及不同土壤电阻率中的分布情况。并根据法拉第电解定律定量找出与天然气管道腐蚀相关的物理量,据此提出在天然气管道两侧装设接地扁铁,并将接地扁铁用导线连接;在天然气管道靠近接地极一侧装设高电阻率材料;将接地极布置于低电阻率层,天然气管道布置于高电阻率层三种降低天然气管道腐蚀的措施,经过理论分析证明了所提措施的有效性。
In order to study the corrosion principle of natural gas pipeline by grounding current of HVDC.Measures to reduce corrosion of natural gas pipeline caused by ground current are put forward.The distribution of electric field near the grounding electrode is studied,and the distribution of electric current in uniform soil and different soil resistivity is analyzed.According to Faraday's law of electrolysis,the physical quantities related to corrosion of natural gas pipelines are found quantitatively.Based on this law,this article propose three measures for reducing corrosion of natural gas pipelines:install grounding flat iron on both sides of natural gas pipelines and connect the grounding flat iron with conductors;install high resistivity material on the side of natural gas pipelines near the grounding electrode;install the grounding electrode in low resistivity layer and natural gas pipelines in high resistivity layers.The effectiveness of these measures is proved by theoretical analysis.
