摘要
为了满足布线速度更快、布线长度更长、可适应更为复杂环境的新型野外通信布线系统的要求,研制了一款野外用高可靠性、低重量、可接续、分段控制、背负式收放线架。从材料选择、结构设计、工艺设计、使用设计多方面对该收放线架研制进行了阐述。该收放线架的应用极大地提高了操作人员野外布线作业的机动性和效率,完全满足野外收放线的使用要求。
In order to meet the requirements of a new field communication wiring system with faster wiring speed,longer wiring length and adaptability to more complex environments,a field high reliability,low weight,connectable,sectional control,and backpack type retracting and paying-off rack is developed.From the aspects of material selection,structure design,process design and use design,the development of the retracting and paying-off rack is expounded.The application of the retracting and paying off rack greatly improves the mobility and efficiency of the field wiring operation of the operators,and fully meets the use requirements of the field wiring.
