摘要
为了满足人口密集、财产财物集中场合的使用要求,配合对无卤低烟阻燃、烟密度、毒性、使用寿命有较高要求电线电缆研制,展开了长寿命辐照交联聚烯烃电缆绝缘料的研制。以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯、氢氧化镁、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料制备一系列聚烯烃复合材料,对其机械性能和耐老化性能进行测试,结果表明:材料的机械强度可达13.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为280%;85℃时的耐热寿命为118.4a,且90℃时则为71.2a。
In order to meet the use requirements of densely populated and property concentrated occasions,and to meet the high requirements of halogen-free low smoke flame retardant,smoke density,toxicity and service life,the development of a long-life irradiation cross-linked polyolefin cable insulation material is carried out.A series of polyolefin compounds are prepared from ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer,high-density polyethylene,magnesium hydroxide and γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane.The results show that the mechanical strength of the material can achieve 13.5 MPa,the elongation at break is 280%,the thermal life is 118.4 years at 85 ℃,and 71.2 years at 90℃.
