桐油再生SBS改性沥青性能研究

摘要 为探究桐油对老化的SBS改性沥青(SBSa)的再生效果,对掺加不同掺量(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%)的桐油的SBSa进行常规和流变性能试验,并与原样SBS改性沥青作对比。试验结果表明:随桐油掺量的增加,SBSa的针入度和延度增大,软化点和黏度减小;掺入桐油降低了SBSa的车辙因子,对SBSa的抗车辙性能不利;随桐油掺量的增加,SBSa的劲度模量减小、蠕变速率增大,掺入桐油降低了SBSa低温抗裂性。当桐油掺量为4%,SBSa的各项指标基本都能恢复到原样SBS改性沥青的水平。 In order to explore the feasibility of using tung oil as asphalt rejuvenator,different dosages of tung oil(0%,2%,4%,6%,8%)was selected to rejuvenate SBS modified aging asphalt(SBSa).The three indexes,rotational viscosity,complex modulus and phase angle of original,aging,rejuvenated asphalt were compared and analyzed by conventional performance and rheological performance tests.The results show that with the increase of tung oil contents,the penetration and ductility of SBSa increase,and the softening point and viscosity decrease;the incorporation of tung oil will greatly improve the lowtemperature performance of aging asphalt,but will reduce the rutting factor,and reduce the high-temperature performance of aging asphalt,but the high-temperature performance of recycled asphalt will not be lower than the original asphalt when the tung oil content is less than 4%.
