摘要
目的:观察磷酸铝凝胶、地塞米松灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选取106例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各53例,对照组采用地塞米松灌肠联合美沙拉嗪片口服治疗,研究组采用磷酸铝凝胶、地塞米松灌肠联合美沙拉嗪片口服治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.45%(49/53),高于对照组的66.04%(35/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率为2.04%(1/49),不良反应发生率为3.77%(2/53),低于对照组的34.29%(12/35)和33.96%(18/53),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸铝凝胶、地塞米松灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果良好,可有效改善患者的炎症反应,降低不良反应发生率和复发率,促进患者康复。
Objective:To observe effects of Aluminum phosphate gel and Dexamethasone enema combined with Mesalazine tablets in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:106 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table,53 cases in each.The control group was treated with Dexamethasone enema combined with Mesalazine tablets,while the study group was treated with Aluminum phosphate gel,Dexamethasone enema combined with Mesalazine tablets.Then,the efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.45%(49/53),which was higher than 66.04%(35/53)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 2.04%(1/49)and the adverse reaction rate was 3.77%(2/53),which were lower than 34.29%(12/35)and 33.96%(18/53)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Aluminum phosphate gel and Dexamethasone enema combined with Mesalazine tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the patients’inflammatory reactions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,and promote the patients’early recovery.
