摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环质量管理工具在降低PICC并发症发生率中的应用效果。方法将2019年2月1日至2019年7月28日行PICC置管的264例患者设为对照组,将2019年8月2日至2019年12月28日行PICC置管的260例患者设为试验组。通过PDCA循环模式分析置管患者PICC并发症现状,确定PICC并发症改善重点,并应用鱼骨图分析原因,提出整改措施并实施。比较两组PICC并发症发生情况和患者满意度。结果试验组PICC并发症总发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA质量管理工具能有效降低PICC并发症发生率,提高置管护士分析、解决问题的能力及自我认同感和自信心,同时可减少患者的痛苦,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA cycle quality management tool in reducing the incidence of PICC complications.Methods A total of 264 patients with PICC catheterization from February 1,2019 to July 28,2019 were set as control group,and 260 patients with PICC catheterization from August 2,2019 to December 28,2019 were set as experimental group.The current situation of PICC complications in patients with catheterization was analyzed by PDCA cycle mode,the improvement key points of PICC complications was determined,and the causes was analyzed with fishbone diagram to put forward the rectification measures and to implement.The occurrence of PICC complications and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of PICC complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the patients'satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA quality management tool can effectively reduce the incidence of PICC complications,improve the ability of catheterization nurses to analyze and solve problems,self-identity and self-confidence,reduce the pain of patients and improve patients'satisfaction.
