摘要
在"一带一路"建设的大背景下、在保障国家文化安全的同时,广西跨境民族周边国家的交往交流应当重视保护、传承和创新本民族传统文化,充分发挥跨境民族的语言、文化,民俗、宗教等方面的功能和优势,积极探索广西跨境文化传承的路径,构建起民心相通的命运共同体。这不仅有利于解决我国的跨境民族问题,而且对广西融入国家"一带一路"倡议和发展中国—东盟合作机制具有重要的现实意义。
Under the background of the construction of"The Belt and Road",while ensuring the national cultural security,in the exchanges with the neighboring countries,the cross-border ethnic groups in Guangxi should pay attention to the protection,inheritance and innovation of their traditional culture,give full play to the functions and advantages of cross-border ethnic groups in marginal cultures such as language,culture,customs and religion,actively explore the path of Guangxi’s cross-border cultural heritage,and build up a common destiny community.It is of great practical significance not only to solve the cross-border ethnic problems in China,but also to integrate Guangxi into the national"The Belt and Road"initiative and to develop the China-ASEAN cooperation mechanism.
