摘要
目的探讨生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的价值。方法随机将我院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的84例急性胰腺炎患者分为两组,每组42例。对照组行生长抑素方案,观察组在上述基础上行奥曲肽方案。比较两组总有效率等指标。结果(1)观察组腹痛、腹胀消失时间分别为(5.92±0.74)d、(5.05±0.78)d;对照组分别为(8.56±1.30)、(8.87±1.35)d;两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);(2)观察组血淀粉酶水平(430.5±21.8)U/L显著低于对照组(702.4±24.9)U/L,差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)观察组总有效率(95.24%,40/42)显著高于对照组(76.19%,32/42),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合奥曲肽可有效治疗急性胰腺炎,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of somatostatin and octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group received the somatostatin regimen,and the observation group received the octreotide regimen based on the above.The total effective rate and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The abdomen pain and bloating disappearance time in the observation group were(5.92±0.74)d and(5.05±0.78)d,respectively;the control group were(8.56±1.30)and(8.87±1.35)d,respectively;the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);(2)The blood amylase level in the observation group(430.5±21.8)U/L was significantly lower than that in the control group(702.4±24.9)U/L,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate in the observation group(95.24%,40/42)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.19%,32/42),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with octreotide can effectively treat acute pancreatitis,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
