摘要
目的:探讨对老年重症心力衰竭患者采用中西医结合的治疗方式治疗后的实际效果。方法:在某院中选择2016年3月6日~2018年4月21日期间治疗的老年重症心力衰竭患者共50例,根据分段随机法原则分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用普通的西医来进行治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上添加中医治疗方法,对比两组治疗后的心功能变化状况和治疗有效比例数据。结果:观察组的老年重症心力衰竭患者在中西医结合治疗之后,LVESV分数为(100.92±13.08)分,LVEF分数为(47.41±3.92)分,SV(57.22±4.73)分,CO(3.96±0.58)分,治疗有效比例数据是92.00%,相比对照组数据突出,有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年心力衰竭患者的心功能得到较大程度的改善,效果甚佳。
Objective:To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods:A total of 50 elderly patients with severe heart failure treated in a hospital from 6 March 2016 to 21 April 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of piecewise random method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general western medicine,and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine treatment method on the basis of western medicine treatment,then the changes of cardiac function and the effective proportion data of treatment after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the LVESV score of the elderly patients with severe heart failure was(100.92±13.08),LVEF score was(47.41±3.92),SV score was(57.22±4.73),CO score was(3.96±0.58),and the effective ratio of treatment was 92%.Compared with the control group,the data had obvious superiority(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cardiac function of elderly patients with heart failure after the treatment with Chinese and western medicine has been greatly improved,and the effect is very good.
