摘要
目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对胃溃疡患者胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年6月医院收治的76例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,其中Hp阳性患者38例为A组,Hp阴性患者38例为B组,另选同期40名健康者为对照组,对比3组血清胃蛋白酶原指标。结果:A组PGⅠ(80.82±5.01)μg/L、PGR(6.35±0.61)<B组PGⅠ(93.75±5.21)μg/L、PGR(8.62±0.81)<对照组PGⅠ(102.19±6.48)μg/L、PGR(10.60±1.14),A组PGⅡ(12.73±1.24)μg/L、G-17(12.84±2.34)pmol/L>B组PGⅡ(10.87±1.07)μg/L、G-17(10.85±3.11)pmol/L>对照组PGⅡ(9.63±0.95)μg/L、G-17(5.68±1.85)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hp感染对胃溃疡患者胃蛋白酶原的不良影响较大,临床应加强检测、控制Hp感染,预防早期胃癌的发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on the levels of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)in gastric ulcer patients.Methods:76 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to a hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,of which 38 patients with Hp positive were group A,38 patients with Hp negative were group B,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The serum pepsinogen indexes of the three groups were compared.Results:PGⅠ(80.82±5.01)μg/L,PGR(6.35±0.61)in group A<PGⅠ(93.75±5.21)μg/L,PGR(8.62±0.81)in group B<PGⅠ(102.19±6.48)μg/L,PGR(10.60±1.14)in control group.The PGⅡ(12.73±1.24)μg/L,G-17(12.84±2.34)pmol/l in group A>PGⅡ(10.87±1.07)μg/L,G-17(10.85±3.11)pmol/L in group B>PGⅡ(9.63±0.95)μg/L,G-17(5.68±1.85)pmol/L in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hp infection has a great adverse effect on pepsinogen in patients with gastric ulcer.Clinical examination and control of Hp infection should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of early gastric cancer.
