摘要
目的:分析宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术的临床疗效和安全性。方法:研究所选对象为某院2015年5月~2017年5月收治的45例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者,其中0型(A组)5例,I型(B组)28例,II型(C组)12例,全部患者均给予宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术治疗,观察分析临床疗效和安全性。结果:在术中出血量以及住院时间方面,A组、B组患者均显著优于C组患者(P<0.05);在手术时间以及术后满意率方面,3组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3组患者均没有发生严重并发症。结论:宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术具有比较显著的临床疗效,而且具有较高的安全性,对于0型和I型黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者特别适用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic resection of submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods:45 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids treated in a hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected.5 patients were type 0(group A),28 patients were type I(group B),12 patients were type II(group C).All patients were given hysteroscopic submucosal uterine fibroids resectiont,then the clinical efficacy and safety were observed and analyzed.Results:The blood loss and hospitalization time were significantly better in group A and B than those in group C(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in operative time and postoperative satisfaction rate among the three groups(P>0.05);There was no serious complications in the three groups after operation.Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection of submucosal uterine fibroids has significant clinical efficacy and high safety,especially for patients with type 0 and type I submucosal uterine fibroids.
