摘要
转炉炼钢设备中倾动装置是重要关键设备,大型转炉倾动装置一般采用四点啮合柔性支撑的全悬挂结构形式,四台一次减速机分别由四个电机驱动,正常生产时四台电动机同步运行。实际生产过程中,考虑到主传动电机烧损、机械磨损等其他诸多因素,四套一次减速机系统会出现单台减速系统出现故障的情况。本文主要论述如果转炉倾动装置有任意一套一次减速机系统产生故障,依靠其它三套一次减速机系统来驱动转炉本体运行,对减速机、电机、制动器的性能参数进行分析,论证其完成冶炼工作的可靠性。此外,制定了三台电机工作的工况下,如何采取有效措施来完成冶炼工作,而不发生重大安全事故,并且把经济损失降到最低。
The tilting device is an important key equipment in converter steelmaking equipment.The large converter tilting device generally adopts the full suspension structure of four point meshing flexible support.Four primary reducers are driven by four motors respectively.In normal production,four motors operate synchronously.In the actual production process,considering the main drive motor burning,mechanical wear and many other factors,four sets of primary reducer system will appear a single deceleration system failure.This paper mainly discusses that if any set of primary reducer system of converter tilting device breaks down,it depends on the other three sets of primary reducer system to drive converter operation,the performance parameters of reducer,motor and brake are analyzed to demonstrate the reliability of completing smelting work.In addition,under the working condition of three motors,how to complete the effective measures of smelting work without major safety accidents,and reduce the economic loss to the minimum.
