摘要
高职教育教学的培养目标主要以工作能力为主线,其中实践教学是关键环节,因此,在高职物流管理专业中,如何构建科学的实践教学模式是亟待解决的问题。通过校内实训基地管理中心和学生管理团队的科学管理,实训基地前期得以安全平稳的运行。文章以物流校内生产性实训基地为基点出发,结合物流管理专业定位,探索校内实践教学项目的开发及实践教学的正常运转。为提升高职教育的实践教学质量,物流管理专业应以培养学生职业综合能力为出发点,探索形成以学生管理团队为主导的校内生产性实训运营模式,为校内实践教学奠定了坚实的基础。
The training objective of higher vocational education is mainly based on working ability,and practical teaching has become a key link.Therefore,how to construct scientific practical teaching is an urgent problem for us to solve in the logistics management major of higher vocational education.Through the scientific management of the training base management center and student management team,the training base can operate safely and stably in the early stage.Based on the productive training base in the logistics school,combined with the positioning of logistics management specialty,I explore the development of practical teaching projects and the normal operation of practical teaching in the school.In order to improve the quality of practical teaching in higher vocational education,the logistics management specialty of our school starts from the cultivation of students'professional comprehensive ability,explores and forms a productive practical training operation mode led by students'management team,and lays a solid foundation for the practical teaching in the school.
