摘要
环境温度对气体水分检测结果的影响十分明显,针对环境温度对SF6气体湿度的影响已经做了大量研究,而对于瓶装SF6新气来说,检测过程中极易出现减压阀的降温现象,减压阀一旦降温便会影响被测气体的饱和水汽压,进而造成水分检测结果的改变。本文通过实验,模拟在进行气体水分检测过程中的减压阀降温现象,验证了减压阀温度下降对气体水分检测结果的改变这一事实,并分析了减压阀降温机理和减压阀降温对类似检测工作的影响。
The influence of ambient temperature on the gas moisture test results is very obvious.A lot of research has been done on the influence of ambient temperature on the humidity of sulfur hexafluoride gas.For the bottled new sulfur hexafluoride gas,the temperature drop of pressure reducing valve is very easy to occur during the test process.Once the temperature of pressure reducing valve drops,the saturated water vapor pressure of the measured gas will be affected,which will result in the change of the moisture test results.This paper,through experiments,simulates the temperature drop phenomenon of the pressure reducing valve in the process of gas moisture detection,verifies the fact that the temperature drop of pressure reducing valve changes the detection result of gas moisture,and also analyses the cooling mechanism of pressure reducing valve and the influence of the temperature drop of pressure reducing valve on the similar detection work.
