摘要
随着科技的高速发展与进步,煤矿掘进巷道支护方式发生着日新月异的变化,而超前支护作为应用广泛的支护方式,对煤矿高效开采起到至关重要的作用。生产方式的进步对巷道超前支护提出了新的要求,超前支护方式的创新与升级已迫在眉睫。基于此背景,本文主要分析了超前支护在煤巷掘进中的应用,重点介绍了点柱式超前支护和前探梁式超前支护两种支护技术。超前支护不仅能够确保煤巷掘进作业的有效性,而且具有稳定性强、空间利用率高等多方面的优势。通过对超前支护在煤巷掘进中的应用进行研究,以期为煤矿开采的安全性提供一定程度的保障。
With the rapid development and progress of science and technology,the support mode of coal mine excavation roadway is changing with each passing day.As a widely used support mode,advanced support plays a vital role in efficient mining of coal mine.With the development of production mode,new requirements are put forward for the advanced support of roadway,and the innovation and upgrading of the advanced support mode is imminent.Based on this background,this paper mainly analyzes the application of advanced support in coal roadway excavation,and emphatically introduces two supporting technologies,which are point-column advanced support and forward-probing beam super-forward support.Advanced support can not only ensure the effectiveness of coal roadway excavation,but also has many advantages such as strong stability and high space utilization rate.Through the study on the application of advanced support in coal roadway excavation,we hope to provide a certain degree of guarantee for the safety of coal mining.
