摘要
所谓自动化设备,主要指的就是在煤矿的开采以及运作过程之中,通过一些先进的自动化手段来对整个的生产流程进行把控,以这样一种更加先进的方式,能够很大程度上的提升煤矿生产的效率以及生产的质量。近些年来,我国的机械化程度已经得到了不断的提升,而且在煤矿的生产过程中,机电设备是必不可少的,合理的运用机电设备在煤矿的生产过程之中有着重要意义,它可以帮助煤矿,在开采以及后续的制作过程之中,能够达到合理、正常运作的目的。基于此,本文首先简要分析煤矿机电自动化设备的常见故障,随后对煤矿机电设备常见故障的处理措施进行简要分析,最后提出煤矿机电设备常见故障的维修原则,以此供相关人士交流参考。
Automation equipment mainly refers to the control of the whole production process through some advanced automation means in the process of coal mining and operation.In such a more advanced way,the efficiency and quality of coal mine production can be improved in a great extent.In recent years,the degree of mechanization in China has been continuously improved,and in the production process of coal mines,electromechanical equipment is essential.Reasonable use of electromechanical equipment is of great significance in the production process of coal mines,which can help coal mines to achieve reasonable and normal operation during mining and subsequent production processes.Based on this,this paper first briefly analyzes the common faults of coal mine electromechanical automation equipment,then briefly analyzes the treatment measures of common faults of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and finally puts forward the maintenance principles of common faults of coal mine electromechanical equipment,so as to provide reference for relevant people to exchange.
