煤制甲醇用压缩机的常见故障及维护对策

摘要 我国作为一个多煤少油少气的国家,现阶段煤炭资源的综合利用逐渐成为国家能源结构调整的关键环节。国内对于煤制甲醇生产方面的研究较多,其中主要集中于工业流程设计等方面,但是针对压缩机的故障排除与维护管理的内容较少。实际上,煤化工生产中涉及到大量的煤制甲醇生产用压缩机使用,其不但包括空气分离、合成净化与煤气化,同时也与各种甲醇合成环节密切相关。通过科学维护煤制甲醇生产用压缩机,能够显著提升生产效率与效益,促进行业的稳定高速发展。煤制甲醇生产过程中涉及到多种类型的压缩机,这些压缩机的综合利用效率将决定生产效益,满足生产进程的控制要求。本文首先介绍了煤制甲醇生产用压缩机的常见类型,探讨了不同类型压缩机的使用环境与工况特征,其次分析了煤制甲醇生产用压缩机的故障情况,最后则结合故障问题发生频次,探讨了煤制甲醇生产用压缩机维护的相关策略,希望可以有效提升煤制甲醇生产用压缩机的应用水平,促进行业的稳定快速发展。 As a country with much coal,little oil and little gas,at present,the comprehensive utilization of coal resources has gradually become the key link of national energy structure adjustment.There are many researches on coal to methanol production in China,which mainly focus on industrial process design and other aspects,but the content of troubleshooting and maintenance management for compressor is less.In fact,a large number of compressors for coal to methanol production are involved in coal chemical production,which not only include air separation,synthesis purification and coal gasification,but also closely related to various methanol synthesis links.Through scientific maintenance of the compressor for coal to methanol production,the production efficiency can be significantly improved,and the stable and high-speed development of the industry can be promoted.There are many kinds of compressors involved in the process of coal to methanol production.The comprehensive utilization efficiency of these compressors will determine the production efficiency and meet the control requirements of the production process.This paper first introduces the common types of compressors used in coal to methanol production,discusses the operating environment and working condition characteristics of different types of compressors,then analyzes the failure of compressors used in coal to methanol production,and finally discusses the relevant strategies for the maintenance of compressors used in coal to methanol production based on the frequency of failure problems,hoping to effectively improve the application level of the compressor for coal to methanol production and promote the stable and rapid development of the industry.
