摘要
目的探讨健脾益肾泄浊汤灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)脾虚湿浊证的疗效及对患者肾功能、钙磷代谢水平的影响.方法回顾性分析2017年8月—2019年10月收治的80例CRF脾虚湿浊证患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案不同分为观察组(在常规治疗基础上加用缬沙坦、健脾益肾泄浊汤灌肠治疗)与对照组(在常规治疗基础上加用缬沙坦治疗,40例),对比2组临床疗效,同时比较2组治疗前后肾功能与钙磷代谢水平.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血钙水平高于对照组,血磷、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论健脾益肾泄浊汤灌肠治疗CRF患者临床效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能与钙磷代谢水平.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo decoction enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)with spleen deficiency and dampness turbid syndrome and its effect on renal function and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with CRF with spleen deficiency and turbidity syndrome were analyzed retrospectively from August 2017 to October 2019.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into observation group(valsartan and Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo decoction enema on the basis of routine treatment)and control group(valsartan on the basis of routine treatment,40 cases).The clinical effiect of the two groups and the levels of renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism before and after treatment was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Cr)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood calcium levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo decoction enema can effectively improve kidney function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with CRF.
