关于USB供电照明设备传导骚扰测试的探究 被引量:1

摘要 由于现行国际标准及国家标准对USB供电照明设备(销售时未带适配器)传导骚扰测试限值、布置等均无明确说明、规定,不同检测机构对此理解不同,从而导致不同的测试结果。在此背景下,笔者通过全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会家用电器、电动工具、照明设备和电气玩具的电磁兼容标准化分技术委员会(以下简称F分会)这个平台,与IEC/CISPR/F/WG2工作组进行了长达1年的反复沟通、内容修改。最终,经国际工作组会议讨论、确认,明确了此类产品的适用限值,并暂定在CISPR 15 Ed.9/A1版(预计2022年出版)中纳入以中国提案为主体、融合国际建议的测试布置图,同时将USB供电LED台灯案例涵盖在IEC/CISPR/F的支持文件中。 Testing bodies’various understanding towards standards has led to different test results,as there are no definite explanations or requirements for conducted disturbance limits and test set-up of USB fed lighting equipment in the current international and national standards.In this context,the writers have communicated with IEC/CISPR/F/WG2 and modified the proposal for nearly one year through the CN National Mirror Committee of IEC/CIS/F.Finally,after the discussion and confirmation within IEC/CISPR/F/WG2,the limits applicable have been specified and it has been tentatively decided that CISPR 15 Ed.9/A1 version(expected to be published in 2022)will cover the figure of test set-up for USB fed lighting equipment.The figure will combine the main proposal from China with the international recommendation.In addition,the specific case of table-top LED luminaire USB fed will be included in the Supporting Document on the CIS/F Dashboard of IEC.
