摘要
自国家"一带一路"政策提出以来,国内很多化工工程公司开始加大开拓海外市场,参与国际竞争。海外化工项目对产品质量和项目进度的要求非常严格,催交检验工作的作用也越来越重要。综述了海外化工项目催交检验工作的特点,分析了在项目执行过程中容易出现的问题,并提出了改进建议和措施,总结了项目各个阶段催交检验的工作方法。
Since the introduction of the"Belt and Road Initiative"policy,numerous domestic chemical engineering companies began to enhance their efforts in expanding overseas markets and participating in international competition.Overseas chemical projects have very strict requirements on product quality and progress schedule,and the role of expediting&inspection is thus becoming more and more important.In this paper,the characteristics of expediting&inspection work in overseas chemical projects are summarized,problems that are likely to occur in the process of project execution are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and measures for improvement are presented.All in all,the working methods of expediting&inspection at various stages of the project are summarized.
