摘要
目的探讨少腹逐瘀汤配合耳穴压丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的原发性痛经患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组患者给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗,治疗组患者给予少腹逐瘀汤配合耳穴压丸治疗,比较2组患者中医症状评分、疼痛评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组中医症状评分明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组疼痛评分均有明显下降,其中治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤配合耳穴压丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,可更有效地缓解疼痛,改善各种中医证候,且无明显的不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing pills the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type. Methods Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, and each had 30 patients. The control group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction, and the treatment group was given Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with auricular pressing pills. TCM symptom scores, pain scores, and clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, pain scores of both groups significantly decreased, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and auricular point pressing pills in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type can effectively relieve pain, improve various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and has no obvious side effects. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
