摘要
波浪仪在投入使用时需先通过样机性能检测,性能检测可在静水槽内制造的模拟海浪环境中完成。为了模拟海浪环境,研发了一套水槽造浪系统,该系统的核心部件是水槽造浪装置及其控制模块。通过矢量方程解析法推算出该驱动机构的运动特性,并基于SolidWorks动态仿真工具的motion模块对该机构进行仿真,深入分析了铰点的速度与角速度运动规律。
Before the instruments and equipment for marine environmental monitoring are put into use,it is necessary to test them in various simulated environments.In order to simulate the sea wave environment,a special flume wave-making system is developed,whose core component is the flume wave-making device and its control module.In this paper,the motion characteristics of the driving mechanism are deduced by analytic method of vector equation,and the dynamic simulation tool Motion platform based on SolidWorks is used to simulate the mechanism.The structure is simulated,and the velocity and angular velocity of hinge points are analyzed in depth.
