摘要
螺栓型滚轮滚针轴承受载后螺栓轴和外圈会变形,常规轴承基本额定静、动载荷的计算方法不适用于该类轴承。考虑外圈弯曲弹性变形、螺栓轴挠曲变形、滚针修形及径向工作游隙等因素对滚针载荷的影响,建立螺栓型滚轮滚针轴承力学模型,通过数值计算得到滚针轴承的应力分布,并建立受载最大滚针与滚道的最大接触应力、接触疲劳寿命与载荷的关系,由此得到有效额定静、动载荷的数值解。计算结果表明,螺栓型滚轮滚针轴承的有效额定静、动载荷与基本额定载荷相比明显减小,接触疲劳寿命明显降低。
The bolt shaft and outer ring of bolt type track roller needle roller bearing will be deformed after being loaded,and the calculation method for basic static and dynamic load ratings of conventional bearing is unsuitable for this kind of bearing.Considering the influence of bending elastic deformation of outer ring,deflection of bolt shaft,profiling of needle roller,radial working clearance and other factors on load of needle roller,the mechanical model of track roller needle roller bearing is established.The stress distribution of needle roller bearing is obtained by numerical calculation,and the relationship between maximum contact stress of most loaded needle roller and raceway and load,as well as the relationship between contact fatigue life and load are established,thus the numerical solution of effective static and dynamic load ratings is obtained.The calculation results show that the effective static and dynamic load ratings of the bearing are significantly reduced compared with basic load rating,and the contact fatigue life is evidently decreased.
