摘要
基于不同施肥浓度对黑果枸杞苗木生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,各种浓度施肥处理均能显著地促进苗木的高径、叶片生长,提高叶片的叶绿素含量。随着施肥浓度的增加,苗高增量和新叶数呈上升趋势,地径和叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降趋势。各施肥处理间生长指标差异显著或极显著。以T3处理的苗高、地径、叶片数、叶绿素含量增量均较大,促进生长作用明显,为最佳适宜浓度。
The effects of different fertilizer concentrations on the growth of Lycium ruthenicum seedlings were studied.The results showed that the height diameter,leaf growth and chlorophyll content of seedlings were significantly promoted by different concentrations of fertilization.With the increase of fertilizer concentration,the increment of seedling height and the number of new leaves increased,while the ground diameter and chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased.There were significant or extremely significant differences in growth indexes among different fertilization treatments.The increase of seedling height,ground diameter,leaf number and chlorophyll content in T3 treatment was larger,and the growth promoting effect was obvious,which was the best suitable concentration.
