摘要
轧制力传感器是轧机板材轧制过程中质量控制的关键参数,其测量系统在轧机厚度自动控制系统中发挥着非常重要的作用。自主研制的轧制力传感器,其性能指标达到了国际同类产品标准,各项技术指标符合CMA认证的技术指标要求。自主研制的20 MN轧制力传感器已在热轧产线持续正常运行两年时间,应用效果良好,可为用户降低采购成本≥30%,缩短备件维修更新周期≥50%。
The rolling force sensor is a key parameter in the rolling process of plate mill and its measurement system plays a very important role in the automatic control system of mill thickness.This paper introduces that the rolling force sensor developed by ourselves has the quality of aerospace and military industry and its performance index has reached the international standard of similar products.The self-developed 20 MN rolling force sensor has been running normally for two years in the hot rolling production line,with good application effect.It can reduce the purchase cost for users by≥30%and shorten the maintenance and renewal cycle of spare parts by≥50%.
