摘要
C3料场建设是武钢有限原料分厂环保料场升级改造的第一步,是在原料场拆旧建新,开工后近1年时间内烧结高炉生产规模不能受到影响。由于原料分厂混匀系统设计产能不足,露天工况设备老化严重,C3料场建设后导致货场贮量减少41万t,堆取料机减少2台,混匀粉建堆进料线减少1条,技改施工过程还可能造成生产料线停机等,生产形势非常严峻。针对上述问题,原料分厂集思广益,通过采取优化作业料线、优化生产流程、提高设备保障能力等改进措施,将技改对生产的影响降低至最小,满足了下工序的生产需求,同时也为技改的顺利推进创造了条件。
The construction of the C3 stockyard is the first step in the upgrading of the environmentally-friendly stockyard of the Raw Materials Branch Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.It is to build a new stockyard on the raw material yard,but the production scale of the downstream process cannot be affected within one year after the start of construction.The design capacity of the mixed powder production system is insufficient,and the equipment in the open-air working conditions is seriously aging.After the construction of the C3 yard,the storage capacity of the yard has been reduced by 410000 t,the stacker and reclaimer have been reduced by 2,the mixing powder production feed line has been reduced by 1,and the construction process may also cause the production line to stop,which have caused a very severe situation in production.In response to the above problems,many improvement measures have been adopted,such as optimizing the operating material line,optimizing the production process,and improving equipment support capabilities.The effect that has been achieved is to minimize the impact of the C3 yard construction on production,meet the production needs of the next process,and also create conditions for the smooth progress of construction.
