摘要
目的:为我国药师继续教育发展提供参考。方法:总结澳大利亚药师继续职业发展模式,分析我国药师继续教育模式,提出启示建议。结果:澳大利亚药师继续职业发展的概念在沿袭国际药学联合会概念的基础上作了变动;其继续职业发展模式在学习对象、学习目标、学习范围、学习过程有着系统的规定;其模式具有组织机构和活动两项认证标准。我国药师继续教育存在执业药师和医院药师两种继续教育模式。结论:澳大利亚药师继续职业发展模式在对我国探索建立统一的药师继续教育模式、构建药师继续教育认证体系、完善以自主学习为导向的学分管理机制、建设"德才双修"的继续教育内容体系方面具有启示意义。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for pharmacist’s continuing education development in China.METHODS The continuing professional development model of pharmacists in Australia was summarized, the continuing education model of pharmacists in China was analyzed, and enlightenment suggestions were put forward.RESULTS The concept of continuing professional development of Australian pharmacist has been modified on the basis of following the concept of International Pharmaceutical Federation. Its continuing professional development model had systematic provisions in the study object, study goal, study scope, and study process;its model had two certification standards: organizational structure and activities. There are two modes of continuing education for pharmacists in China: licensed pharmacists and hospital pharmacists.CONCLUSION The continuing professional development model of pharmacists in Australia has enlightenment significance in exploring and establishing a unified continuing education model for pharmacists, constructing a continuing education certification system for pharmacists, improving the credit management mechanism oriented to independent learning, and constructing a continuing education content system of "moral and talent double repair" in China.
