摘要 振动是水电机组的重要运行指标,振动信号能反映设备的运行状态,通过对振动信号分析处理,可以提取信号中隐含的特征信息,及时发现潜在问题。文章采用经验模态分解(EMD)方法,对水电机组转子不平衡状态下的振动信号进行分解,得到了各内在模态函数的频谱,经过希尔伯特变换求出希尔伯特时频谱和边际谱,最终分析结果和机组的实际情况相吻合。 Vibration is an important operating index of hydropower unit,and the vibration signal can reflect the running state of the equipment.By analyzing and processing the vibration signal,the hidden characteristic information in the signal can be extracted to find potential problems in time.The empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method was used to decompose the vibration signals in the unbalanced rotor state of the hydropower unit,and the spectrum of each internal mode function was obtained.The Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum were calculated by Hilbert transformation.The final analysis results were consistent with the actual situation of the unit.
