摘要
食品安全关系到国家和社会的稳定发展,关系到公民的生命健康权利,我国食品行业实施的生产许可证制度正是在此基础上建立的。本文阐述了食品生产许可现场核查的意义、食品生产企业申领食品生产许可证的程序以及食品生产许可证现场审查的要求与注意事项,以期规范市场秩序,提高食品企业生产质量。
Food safety is related to the stable development of the country and society,and the life and health rights of citizens.The implementation of production license system in China’s food industry is based on this.This paper expounds the significance of on-site verification of food production license,the procedures for food production enterprises to apply for food production license,as well as the requirements and precautions for on-site examination of food production license,so as to standardize the market order and improve the production quality of food enterprises.
