摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,人类对海洋生态环境产生巨大威胁和挑战,人类的过度开发又加剧了海洋渔业资源的恶化,因此海洋渔业的绿色发展成为资源开发和环境保护共同关心的话题。绿色发展是一种建立在生态环境容量和资源承载能力的约束条件下,将环境保护作为实现可持续发展重要支柱的新型发展模式,通过构建完善的海洋渔业生态环境质量评价体系,有利于实现产业的绿色发展。本文基于模糊集分析方法研究评价过程,通过建立两阶段的质量功能展开模型,首先将绿色发展转化为海洋生态可持续性指标,然后将矩阵中海洋生态可持续性指标转化为生态特性因子,最后运用该模型以部分海域生态环境质量工作为例,对海洋渔业绿色发展方式提出建议。 with the rapid development of social economy, human beings have huge threat and challenge to the marine ecological environment, at the same time, the over exploitation of human beings aggravates the deterioration of marine fishery resources. Therefore, the green development of marine fishery has become a common topic of concern for resource development and environmental protection. Green development is a new development mode which is based on the constraint s of ecological environment capacity and resource carrying capacity, and it takes environmental protection as an important pillar to achieve sustainable development. By building a sound evaluation system of marine fishery ecological environment quality, it is conducive to realize the green development of the industry. Based on the method of Fuzzy Set analysis, this paper studies the evaluation process. By establishing a Two-stage Quality Function Deployment Model, the green development is first transformed into the marine ecological sustainability index, and then the marine ecological sustainability index in the matrix is transformed into the ecological characteristic factor. Finally, the model is applied to some marine ecological environment quality work as an example, and it puts forward some suggestions on the green development of marine fishery.
