摘要
为探索高产优质杂交糯稻新品种黔糯优88增产因素和高产途径,采用相关分析、多元逐步回归分析、通径分析等方法,对黔糯优88的全生育期、有效穗、株高、穗长、穗粒数、实粒数、结实率、千粒重和产量等主要农艺性状进行整理,分析其产量与主要农艺性状的相关性。结果表明:黔糯优88的产量与其余8个性状均呈正相关关系,其中有效穗、实粒数、千粒重和全生育期与产量关系密切,有效穗对产量的直接贡献最大,实粒数和千粒重次之。在黔糯优88推广应用中,应采用科学合理的栽培措施以提高单位面积有效穗数量,同时注意其与实粒数及千粒重之间的协调,以达到高产的目的。
The main agronomic traits of whole growth period,effective ear,plant height,ear length,grains per ear,filled grains,setting percentage,1000-grain weight and yield of Qiannuoyou 88 are explored and the correlation between yield and main agronomic traits is analyzed by correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression analysis and path analysis methods to explore factors and ways of yield increment for a new high-yield and good-quality hybrid glutinous rice variety Qiannuoyou 88.Result:The yield of Qiannuoyou 88 is positively related to the other eight traits.The effective ear,filled grains,1000-grain weight and whole growth period are closely related to yield.The direct contribution of effective ear to yield is greatest,followed by filled grains and 1000-grain weight.In process of popularization and application of Qiannuoyou 88,the scientific and rational cultivation measures should be adopted to improve effective ears per unit area and pay attention to harmony among effective ear,filled grains and 1000-grain weight at the same time for achieving the goal of high yield.
