摘要
本模块化实训对学生分析零件图、装配图有很大的帮助,对机械零部件及机构、装配工艺、系统调试、拆装质量检验等技能有一定的提高。通过实践练习更加系统的掌握零件加工质量与装配的重要性及对装配质量的影响。让学生从思维上系统的认识到单个零件、独立机构对设备质量的影响是决定性的。
This modular training is of great help for students to analyze the parts drawing and assembly drawing,and improve the skills of mechanical parts and institutions,assembly process,system debugging and quality inspection of disassembly and assembly.Through practice,I have systematically grasped the importance of machining quality and assembly of parts and its influence on assembly quality.Let students systematically understand from the thinking of a single part,independent institutions on the quality of equipment is decisive.
