摘要
如何选择既经济又实用的滚动轴承,对于大批量生产机器具有重要的意义。计算滚动轴承寿命是常用方法,如何多次可重复的进行设计计算,提高计算效率,促进机械设计现代化水平的提高。该文将Excel引入到了机械设计中,详细论证了用Excel开发滚动轴承寿命校核技术文件的可行性及优势,这对于用Excel推动机械设计课程改革有重要作用,进而推动和提高职业教育现代化水平。
How to choose economical and practical rolling bearings is of great significance for mass production machines.It is a common method to calculate the service life of rolling bearing.How to carry out design calculation repeatedly,improve calculation efficiency and promote the modernization level of mechanical design.In this paper,excel is introduced into mechanical design,and the feasibility and advantages of using Excel to develop the technical documents for checking the service life of rolling bearings are demonstrated in detail.It is important to promote the reform of mechanical design curriculum with Excel,and then promote and improve the modernization level of vocational education.
