摘要
针对国内外产学研合作教育现状,探讨矿物加工工程专业产学研结合创新人才培养模式研究与实践,重点分析实践过程中需要解决的主要教学问题,阐述解决问题的方法,旨在新工科建设背景下,从培养目标、核心能力、创新型实践教学体系构建、创新人才培养模式改革、实践能力强的师资队伍建设等方面,探讨矿物加工工程专业人才培养新模式。
In view of the current situation of domestic and foreign industry-university-research cooperative education,this paper discusses the research and practice of the cultivation model of innovative talents based on industry-university-research combination in the mineral processing engineering major,focuses on the analysis of the main teaching problems that need to be solved in the process of practice,and expounds the methods to solve the problems,aiming to explore a new model of talent cultivation in the mineral processing engineering major under the background of"new engineering"construction from the aspects of training objectives,core competence,construction of innovative practical teaching system,reform of innovative talent training model,and construction of teaching staff with strong practical ability.
