摘要
目的:探讨微创小切口在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤功能性切除术中的临床应用价值。方法:2015年1月-2018年12月收治腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者62例,均行微创小切口功能性切除手术治疗,总结临床效果。结果:62例患者术后均Ⅰ期愈合,面部无明显畸形,无明显瘢痕或短且隐蔽的线性瘢痕,耳垂周围无明显麻木感,腮腺功能无异常,未出现涎瘘或味觉出汗综合征,无永久面瘫,暂时面瘫1例;随访期间肿瘤均无复发。结论:腮腺浅叶的良性肿瘤可据肿瘤的区域、部位不同而行微创小切口功能性切除手术,切口小、损伤小,术后并发症发生率低,美容效果好,相比传统手术方式有其优越性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive small incision in functional resection of benign tumor of superficial parotid gland.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2018,62 cases of benign tumor of superficial parotid gland were enrolled,all patients were treated with minimally invasive small incision functional resection and the clinical effect was summarized.Results:All of 62 patients had stage I healing after operation,no obvious facial deformity,no obvious scars or short and concealed linear scars,no obvious numbness around the earlobe,no abnormal parotid function,no salivary fistula or gustatory sweating syndrome,no permanent facial paralysis,but 1 case was temporary facial paralysis.No recurrence occurred during follow-up period.Conclusion:The benign tumor of superficial parotid gland can be operated by minimally invasive functional resection with small incision according to the region and location of the tumor,the incision is smaller,the injury is smaller,the incidence of postoperative complications is lower and the beauty effect is perfect,which is superior to the traditional operation method.
