摘要
目的:比较外固定架骨折固定术与掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗C型桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:2012年9月-2018年9月收治C型桡骨远端骨折患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组应用掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗;观察组应用外固定支架治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间及手术出血量均明显低于对照组,骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1年随访中,腕关节功能优良率、桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用外固定架骨折固定术与掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗C型桡骨远端骨折,均有优异治疗效果,但应用外固定架骨折固定术操作更加简单,患者出血量低,治愈更快,住院时间更短。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of external fixation fracture fixation and palmar locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of type C distal radius fractures.Methods:From September 2012 to September 2018,70 patients with type C distal radius fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with palmar locking plate internal fixation and the observation group with external fixation stent.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time and amount of bleeding loss of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the time of fracture healing and length of hospitals stays were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the 1-year follow-up of the two groups after surgery,the excellent rate of wrist function,the height of the radius,the angle of the palm,the angle of ulnar deviation and the incidence of complications were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of external fixation fracture fixation and palmar locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of type C distal radius fractures has excellent therapeutic effects,however,the operation of external fixation fracture fixation is simpler,the patient has lower amount of bleeding loss,faster healing time and shorter length of hospital stays.
