摘要
目的:探讨磷酸肌酸治疗小儿心肌炎的临床效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治小儿心肌炎患儿70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;观察组常规药物基础上使用磷酸肌酸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项心肌酶谱指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后期前收缩、传导阻滞、ST-T改变、心脏扩大、心力衰竭改善率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸治疗小儿心肌炎疗效显著,能有效降低心肌酶谱指标水平,改善心脏症状,保护心肌功能,且安全性高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of creatine phosphate in the treatment of myocarditis in children.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,70 children with myocarditis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.The observation group was treated with conventional drugs combined with creatine phosphate.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the improvement rates of pre period contraction,conduction block,ST-T change,cardiac enlargement,heart failure were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of creatine phosphate in the treatment of myocarditis in children is significant,it can effectively reduce the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum,improve cardiac symptoms,protect myocardial function,and it has high safety.
