摘要
钢铁行业的数据规模随着生产业务的开展和管理精细化水平的提高而与日俱增,如何运用数据财富来提高产品质量成为钢铁行业的一项技术课题。大数据的到来为钢铁企业过程质量管控提供了新的思路。通过大数据平台采集和存储各产线实时的生产质量信息,通过质量智能管控平台快速对带钢的工艺参数和表面缺陷进行判定,指导本工序及后工序的作业,有效提升工作效率和产品质量。
The data size of the steel industry is increasing with the development of the production business and the improvement of the management refinement level,and how to use the data wealth to improve the product quality becomes a technical problem in the steel industry.The arrival of big data provides a new way for the quality control of the process of iron and steel enterprises.The real-time production quality information of each production line is collected and stored by a large data platform,and the process parameters and surface defects of the strip steel are quickly judged through the quality intelligent control platform,so that the operation of the process and the post-operation is guided,and the working efficiency and the product quality are effectively improved.
