摘要
研究了铑催化剂中铑含量的分析方法。采用铅试金法富集铑,分离试样中绝大部分杂质元素,产出含铑的银钯合粒;首先使用硝酸溶解银钯合粒中的银、钯,再加入王水于沸水浴中溶解铑,采用ICP法测定溶液中铑。实验结果表明,以银钯粉作为灰吹保护剂、用量2 mg/g(银钯质量比为3∶1)条件下,铑回收率在96.75%~100.20%,测量相对标准偏差为1.76%~2.29%。ICP检测溶液中铑含量,银钯总浓度在200μg/mL以下时,对铑的测定无影响。
An analytical method for determining rhodium content in the rhodium catalyst was studied.Lead fire assay was used to enrich rhodium and separate most of the impurity elements in the sample,so as to produce the rhodium-containing silver-palladium composite particles.Firstly,the silver and palladium in the silver-palladium composite particles was dissolved with nitric acid;and then aqua regia was added into a boiling water bath to dissolve rhodium,and the rhodium in the solution was determined by using ICP method.The experimental results showed that with the silver-palladium powder as the protecting agent for cupellation,with the dosage of 2 mg/g(the weight ratio of silver to palladium at 3∶1),the recovery rate of rhodium reached 96.75%~100.20%,with the relative standard deviation of 1.76%~2.29%.It is found that the determination of rhodium with ICP method is not influenced by the silver and palladium when their total concentration is less than 200μg/mL.
