摘要
为了提高矿山巷道的掘进速度,针对使用黏土作为炮孔堵塞材料的传统堵塞方式存在的劳动强度大、耗时长、效率低、无法与地下空间大断面隧道快速掘进相匹配的问题,提出了一种"水炮泥+膨胀泡沫"组合式炮孔快速堵塞新方法。实验室内膨胀泡沫堵孔强度实验和新疆东天山特长隧道的现场爆破试验结果证明:与传统堵塞方法相比,该炮孔快速堵塞新方法具有堵孔强度高、炸药单耗低、爆破进尺高、劳动强度低、堵孔耗时短等优势,具有重大的推广应用价值。
The traditional plugging method using clay as a plugging material for blast holes is labor-intensive,time-consuming,inefficient,as well as unable to accommodate the rapid advancement of underground large-section tunnel excavation.In view of the existing problem,a new method for rapid blockage of blastholes,consisting of"water stemming plus expansive foam",was proposed.The results from laboratory experiment on the strength of plug with expansion foam and on-site blasting test of the super-long tunnel in Xinjiang East Tianshan prove that the new rapid plugging method for the blasthole,compared with the traditional method,is characterized by high plugging strength,low unit consumption of explosive,high blasting footage,low labor intensity,short time for plugging and among others.It is of great value in promotion and application.
