摘要
以高砷铜烟尘的浸出液为研究对象,采用臭葱石法沉砷,研究了初始pH值、温度、氧气流速对沉砷过程的影响。实验结果表明:在Fe/As摩尔比1.5、初始pH=4、温度90℃、氧气流速80 L/h条件下,沉砷率和沉铁率分别为91.24%和77.92%,沉砷渣中As、Fe含量分别为28.94%和25.04%。实验所得臭葱石颗粒尺寸较大、晶体结构稳定。
The acid leaching solution of high-arsenic copper dust was taken in an experiment for arsenic removal by the precipitation of crystalline scorodite(FeAsO4·2 H2O),and the effects of an initial pH,temperature,oxygen flow on arsenic precipitation effect were investigated.The results showed that with Fe/As molar ratio of 1.5,an initial pH of 4,the temperature of 90℃and the oxygen flow rate at 80 L/h,the precipitation rates of As and Fe reached 91.24%and 77.92%respectively,while the contents of As and Fe in the obtained precipitate were 28.94%and 25.04%.Furthermore,the obtained crystalline scorodite after precipitation has larger grain size and stable crystal structure.
